Este artículo describe los gestos conmemorativos de la revista CROM, referentes  a la Independencia de México y sus héroes, publicados entre 1925 y 1928. El propósito es revisar cómo se presentaba la historia nacional en un medio dirigido a los trabajadores y de qué manera se articulaba en la conformación de “memorias obreras”, como parte de una política de dirección del movimiento
obrero mexicano establecida desde una postura oficialista. Además, se observan las conmemoraciones elaboradas en el impreso en relación con referentes conmemorativos próximos, como los centenarios de la Independencia.
