El 11 de septiembre del 2001 apareció en la red el Manifiesto Historia a Debate, documento de discusión y análisis historiográfico producto de los congresos internacionales que con el mismo nombre se llevaron a cabo en Santiago de Compostela, España, en los años de 1993 y 1999.
